A utility for shared connections which tells you when the connection is open.
When you connect to the Internet via a shared telephone connection, you never know when it's open or closed. This has motivated the creation of this little program called Net Notifier.
Net Notifier installs a discrete icon in the Windows taskbar that notifies you when the connection is available with a sound and the icon flashes. However, if instead the connection isn't available, it will sound different and not show anything.
Net Notifier is totally free and requires no installation. For proper operation of Net Notifier you need to install Visual Basic Runtimes 6.0 or higher.
